# Why Do I Feel Like God Is Not Being Just with Me?
Feeling as though God is not being just with us is a struggle many believers face. It’s important to approach this feeling with understanding and hope grounded in Scripture.
## Understanding God's Justice
Firstly, we must remember that God's ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). Our understanding of justice is often limited, shaped by our immediate circumstances. God, however, sees the bigger picture and works all things for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28).
## Finding Hope in Scripture
When we feel overwhelmed, we can turn to the Bible for reassurance:
- Psalm 37:5-6: "Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him, and he will act. He will bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday."
- Micah 6:8: "He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God."
These verses remind us to trust in God’s timing and justice, even when it seems delayed.
## Practical Encouragement
1. Pray and Reflect: Spend time in prayer, asking God for clarity and peace. Reflect on past situations where God’s justice prevailed, even if it wasn’t immediate.
2. Seek Community Support: Talk to trusted friends or church family. They can offer encouragement and remind you of God’s faithfulness.
3. Serve Others: When we focus on helping others, we often gain perspective and experience God’s justice in unexpected ways.
## Conclusion
Feeling like God is not being just can be challenging, but remember that God’s justice is perfect. He is with us in our struggles, providing hope and strength. Trust that He is working in ways we cannot yet see.
## Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for Your perfect justice and love. When we struggle to see Your hand in our lives, help us to trust in Your plans. Grant us peace and assurance in Your promises. Strengthen our faith and guide us to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
